At Educator Cell, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience when purchasing study materials from our platform. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for refund requests.
Refund Eligibility:
We offer a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date for our paid courses if:
- Quality Issues: If you encounter any technical issues with the eBook you purchased, such as formatting errors, missing pages, or corrupted files, and if we are not able resolve it you may be eligible for a refund.
- Unauthorized Purchases: If there is evidence of unauthorized access or fraudulent activity resulting in an eBook purchase made without your consent, you may request a refund.
- The payment gets failed and stuck due to some technical issue and credited twice to our account.
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or if you have simply decided you no longer want the study materials.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same study material multiple times, please contact our customer support, and we will assist you in resolving the issue, but refunds for duplicate purchases may not be granted.
Refund Process:
If You are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@www.educatorcell.in . You will need to provide your name, email address, and order number. Our team will verify your eligibility for a refund and process your request within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on the payment method and the policies of your financial institution.
Cancellation Policy:
If You wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time by accessing your account settings on our platform. Your access to the course materials will be terminated immediately upon cancellation. Please note that we do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
